What is a Home Orientation and when it will be?

Towards the completion date of your property an Al Raha Gardens Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you to book an appointment for your property orientation and advise you of the Service Charge contribution. This is a one time only opportunity for you to view your property prior to handover and is likely to last no more than 30 minutes. Therefore, please make sure that you attend.
