Can I make changes to my property?

• Fit a new Kitchen
Yes, but Owners are perfectly entitled to remove the standard fitted kitchen in the villa and replace it with something else to their own liking. Al Raha Gardens management permission is not needed to carry out this work, but please note that our Facilities Maintenance department can assist in this process, for more information please contact CSR.

• Fit a new bathroom
Yes, Owners are perfectly entitled to remove the standard fitted bathroom in the property and replace it with something more to their liking. Al Raha Gardens management permission is not needed to carry out this work, but please note that our Facilities Maintenance department can assist in this process, for more information please contact CSR.

• Remove internal walls
Yes, Owners are perfectly entitled to make changes to the internal walls in the property but as this could affect the structural integrity of the property it will require prior Al Raha Gardens management approval. Please note that our Facilities Maintenance department can assist in this process, for more information please contact CSR.

• External paint or any external changes
No, Owners may not undertake any improvements of the property or alter the external appearance of any buildings located on the property without proper written consent from the Al Raha gardens management.
