What will owners receive, when they take handover
of their properties?

The CSR will release keys to the Purchaser as named on the Agreement of Purchase & Sale, any subsequent resale documentation or a proxy holding a formal Power of Attorney in their name.
The CSR will also provide you with a welcome pack containing:

• Resident Registration Form, this will require details of you & your
  family member, vehicle/s make & model, pets etc. this must be
  completed and returned to the CSR with two passport size
  photographs of all family members intending to reside in your
  property
• Maid Registration Form, this will require details of any domestic
   help working for you with two passport size photographs
• Driver Registration Form, this will require details of any drivers
   working for you with two passport size photographs

• Master Community Declaration (MCD) for your immediate signature
   indicating receipt and agreement and compliance & understanding
• A Deed of adherence, to be completed by the new owners when a
   property is sold
• Residents Rules & Regulations booklet, the receipt of which we will
   ask you to acknowledge along with your agreement to comply
• Residents A to Z Information Guide
• Health & Safety Disclaimer for your immediate signature
