If ADM are not dealing with title registration then
how do I register my ownership of this property?

Al Raha Gardens has established an internal Land Registry procedure that will later form part of the formal registration with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) or other appropriate authority. Currently the Abu Dhabi Municipality has permitted us to create this internal register and we will assist you to formally register your land title with the local authorities when they have established their process in due course
