•What do I do if I want to sell my property to another party now?
You may sell your property now if you wish and this transfer process will be managed by(CSR). You will be requested to complete a Deed of Adherence transferring obligations over to the new owner and pay a 1% commission of the sale value to Aldar Properties PJSC

•When do I have to pay the rest of the money?
The balance payment of 85% along with other disbursements is due at the time of the home orientation appointment
