What is District Cooling/Chilled water?

Your property is cooled using a centralized chilled water system (Tabreed). At Al Raha Gardens payment for chilled water is treated in exactly the same manner as all other utilities i.e. water, waste water and electricity.

Tabreed is a local LLC specialized in the design and installation of the cooling system using chilled water

• Can I change to another system?
No

• How will I pay for this?
When you attend the orientation appointment please bring with you a certified cheque or bank draft only made payable to Aldar Properties PJSC (NO cash please) for the sum of AED 2,000 for use of this utility. Within your property there is a meter that will be read on a monthly basis by DIMARCO (the metering company) and you will be invoiced accordingly on a monthly basis for your actual consumption
