What is the Town Centre or Retail Village all about?

It has always been in the master plan for the development to enjoy the benefits of a Town Centre. We have engaged the services of some of the best architects available to come forward with designs that would complement the development. We are now at the final stages of completing these designs and shortly we will commence the construction process which when completed will provide huge indoor and outdoor leisure facilities, a Health & Fitness Club, and 35,000 square meters of retail space for indoor and outdoor food & beverage shops and restaurants

•When will the polo field be open and ready to use?
We have carefully measured the user groups within Al Raha Gardens and it was felt that we would not attain the best use and return on the land available with a Polo field, it was felt that this area would be better appreciated by a wider audience if it contained sports facilities for all the family supported by and 35,000 square meters of retail space for indoor and outdoor food & beverage shops and restaurants
