We very much anticipate that all owners will be delighted with their purchase when they see for themselves the quality of all the internal and external fixtures and fittings. If in the unlikely event there is something that you do not like please document this in writing by filling a cancellation form with your specific reasons for disapproval and hand to the CSR who will refer it to higher authority
