Do I have to pay service charge or is it the tenant’s responsibility?

As an owner it is your responsibility to pay service charge as per the terms set out in your Sales and Purchase Agreement with Al Raha Gardens Property LLC. The service charge payment is usually taken into consideration by each owner when calculating the rental price to be charged on the property.
