How will we know about the process?

Communication and consultation between owners and landlords is essential for the effective and efficient management of any community development. We will therefore promote a good working relationship with all owners.

We will promote transparency from the beginning so as to give confidence in the administration of the service charge.

Regular updates will be provided to continue this process and reduce unknown costs.

The MCD – Master Community Declaration provides for the establishment of a members’ forum which will be the vehicle through which questions can be raised and discussions held, and information exchanged.
