What happens if I don’t pay?

If payment is not received by the due date (1st Jan), then Al Raha Gardens Property LLC (as per the terms of your Sales and Purchase Agreement) will charge a late payment fee of AED 2,000 per month or part there of. Should you have any problems with payment then you should immediately contact Al Raha Gardens Property LLC on 02 556 1745 to discuss the matter.
