Insurance

Unfortunately, ALDAR Properties PJSC will not be responsible for the insurance of the villas. However we will require all property owners to kindly insure their properties and provide a copy of the insurance certificate at the time of home orientation and every year thereafter. ALDAR Properties PJSC also strongly encourages all property owners/residents to take out building contents insurance, but this is not compulsory.

ALDAR Properties PJSC will be responsible for insuring all elements concerning the common areas.
