Communication and consultation between owners and landlords is essential for the effective and efficient management of any community development. Therefore, at ALDAR we will promote a good working relationship with all owners, to ensure satisfactory results.

We will promote a transparent working environment from the beginning so as to give our customers confidence in the administration of the service charge.

We will provide our property owners with regular updates in order to continue this process and reduce unknown costs.

The MCD – Master Community Declaration will provide ALDAR customers with a members’ forum which will be the medium through which questions can be raised, discussions held and information exchanged.
